March 2023. Two strategic hires with a focus to grow their respective Practices.

‍Helen Pratley joins iQlink after working for several years as an independent CRM consultant. During this time she worked with software providers, OnePlace and Intapp - implementing, consulting and training on their CRM platforms. She joins iQlink as CRM Practice Lead, with a focus on leading the team that implements and supports the Intapp and Salesforce CRM solutions.

‍Andy Bowers joins us from Kimble, now Kantata where he was a member of the Kimble Applications Management Team growing Kimble from a startup to the leading PSA solution on the Salesforce Platform, to its sale to Accel-KKR and subsequent merger with Mavenlink creating Kantata in December 2021. He joins iQlink as our PSA Practice Lead and advises leading services firms on their use of the Kantata SX Platform and Professional Services in general.
