Advertising Production Resources (APR) leverages their expertise to advise clients by providing insights, guiding processes, and finding cost efficiencies to help marketers more effectively produce their creative content. APR implemented the Kantata SX (formerly Kimble) professional services automation (PSA) tool in 2020/2021.
Additional support was needed outside of the customer service provided by Kantata, to extend the reporting capabilities of the tool and improve the visibility and management of our portfolio of client accounts for key internal stakeholders. APR’s goal was to implement Power Bi to provide more robust services and insights to their clients.
This created a central source of truth for APR's management reporting, with better visibility and access, which has helped to improve performance, provide accountability and support real-time decision making.
APR benefitted from the user experience and effectiveness of the Jira ticketing system, coupled with bi-weekly meetings with iQlink to talk through the priority of tickets. The iQlink team quickly understood the business needs, lent their expertise and experience of the Kantata SX product and were able to deliver the solutions/updates required.
