Driving PSA Innovation with Kantata SX and iQlink at SD Worx

In 2021, SD Worx selected the Kantata SX Professional Services Cloud as its Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform. The solution was first implemented in the UK and Ireland as a “pathfinder” project in the summer of 2022, covering all core professional services processes, intercompany transactions, and integrations for absence management and invoicing.

Following the initial deployment, SD Worx sought to expand the solution across its European subsidiaries. iQlink was initially engaged to provide reactive support, stabilise the deployment, and upskill SD Worx's internal teams. The partnership then evolved to include the design and planning of a broader rollout.

Over the past two years, Kantata SX has been successfully implemented in multiple countries, including Mauritius, France, Luxembourg, and SD Worx’s pan-European SAP Solutions business, encompassing 12 countries.  With each deployment, processes have become more standardised, internal teams have taken greater ownership of configurations, and rollout times have decreased significantly.

In mid-2024, SD Worx further strengthened its partnership by signing an agreement for iQassist Managed Services, gaining access to tailored reactive and proactive support. This includes direct collaboration with Kantata on case resolutions and new feature implementations. SD Worx teams can now seamlessly access iQlink’s SX experts via a user-friendly Jira Support Portal.

Looking ahead, beyond ongoing support, iQlink is now embedded in a key project to consolidate all invoicing data from Kantata SX into SD Worx’s core SAP S/4HANA finance system. The partnership is also driving further rollouts into new regions, including the Nordics, ensuring a unified and efficient professional services infrastructure.
